This access control measure has been implemented by the HOA to ensure only residents and their guests access these amenities. Access cards are provided to all homeowners and should be transferred during the sale of the home. Two additional access cards may be purchased for $25 each with a maximum allowance of three total cards per home. If your access card becomes lost or stolen, members shall report it within 24 hours by emailing us at hadfieldhoa@gmail.com. The replacement card fee is $35. Payments can be made via Zelle to hadfieldhoabilling@gmail.com or via Venmo to @Hadfield_HOA_Billing Disclaimer If annual dues are not paid your access card will be deactivated until they are current. A computer record is kept of residents who enter and exit the swimming pool and pool bathroom areas. Lost cards will be disabled/deactivated from the system immediately when a replacement card is issued.
