  • Participation in the Hadfield Homeowner's Association is mandatory - all homeowners must participate.
  • New homeowners must pay a $250 Initiation Fee to the HOA at closing.
  • The annual homeowner's fee is currently $525
  • The HOA operates on a fiscal year - from June 1 - May 31.   HOA dues are payable on June 1 of each year.
  • There are no "Special / Additional Assessments" in place at this time.
  • Outside the Neighborhood or Associate Memberships are no longer available.
 

HOA Request Letters

HOA Request Letters in support of a closing should be sent to Melinda Harrison, Hadfield HOA at melinda.harrison@kcc.com.  All requests need to be on company letterhead (law firm, title company etc.) and provide a contact name and title.
