Upcoming Social Events - Mark Your Calendar / Save the Date!

The planning for our 2010 events is already underway.  If you would like to lead or serve on the Social Committee - please let us (the board) know.  All volunteers are welcome!

Thanks / Acknowledgments

Hadfield Wine Tasting

It was a great exercise whereby we expanded our cadre of knowledgeable Hadfield Wine Tasters.  The Australian wines sampled lived up to their billing - truly unique and very highly rated.  A "good on ya" goes out to the Mancinelli's for winning the Aussie Trivia contest.  Thanks to Melissa Butler and Diane Peoples for providing the "tucker".

Hadfield Garage Sale

A job well done goes out to all of our neighborhood merchants - the visiting shoppers were seen navigating the area...in search of the quality merchandise being offered throughout the neighborhood.  Thanks to John and Toni (Landre) for putting the event (fundraiser) together.

Hadfield Halloween Party

Although the activities were canceled due to the weather - a round of thanks are in order.  An A+ for effort, planning and commitment goes out to Cindy Stetson (and Ward) for fighting the elements and attempting to pull off what would have been a great series of activities and events.  There's always next year!

Foxley Way Hot Dog Event

Thanks to all who attended the Foxley Way cook out and social.  Good food and good conversation were had by all.  A special thanks to Susannah Eatz and Erika Rubant for hosting the event!

Hadfield Movie Night

It was a little chilly but the movie and the popcorn were great.  Thanks to all who braved the chill in the air and were patient while the AV team deciphered the 84 buttons and knobs on the projection equipment.  Thanks to Scott Campbell and Ward Stetson for working the projector and the popcorn machine.

REMINDERS

Please take care of any business conducted by your dog!   We are blessed with a large population of wonderful canines in the neighborhood and enjoy seeing them (and their owners) on their daily strolls.  But please curb your dog - take along a bag and care for / remove their droppings.  Dogs are not the only animals that enjoy walks through the neighborhood - the humans would appreciate doing so without unnecessary sights and odors.

Thinking about doing some work before Old Man Winter hits?  Make sure that any outside additions, changes or adjustments (i.e. painting with a different color, changing the style of shingles on the roof, installing a new fence etc.) are reviewed by the HOA Architectural Committee before any work begins.

The Covenants and By-Laws contain "design restrictions" that are for the benefit of the entire neighborhood.
